captcha image not appearing in in_memory

after ticket #30 got fixed this problem is still around.

RESOLVED: Fixed on the 29th. It was some basic mistake of quick coding resulting in simple mistakes that were fixed within 15 minutes of serious debugging.
The base 64 encoded image is saved in a captcharpo table in rpo db while an unencoded image as a binary string is saved in the in_memory.
