scripting of <> in memory.

Disorganization for the in_memory functions are a bit too much in ?app_model.
Should spin off into own model class.
Problem arises with the data that will be set in other db's. Do you simply give access to the dbs that are necessary to the in_memory class? (so far it would be rpo, (current) granary.
