captcha solutions keep pulling captcha image from local disk instead of database

should switch up the way they retrieve the captcha image.

- State changed from “active” to “resolved”
RESOLVED: Captcha is brought in through file_get_content and is never saved to hard drive. Captcha solution gets captcha through in_memory. It could also just get it through the $img var since captchasolving is a class now.
