Clicking on side links going to different parts of same page broken

If you click the links on aboutus1.asp, the link goes to the section of the page, but deletes whatever was above it.

CAUSE: container has an overflow:hidden css rule.

It will take longer to follow the links and restructure the css. Though this would be the best solution especially in terms of longetivity.
However, quicker solution would be to stretch the sidebar to the length of the content since currently the content is always longer.

So it's either stretch the sidebar to the content height and so try to make anchoring work or scrape this completely like Abu said and just include a static services nav. on the side on every page.

Like ticket #12, this issue becomes invalidated because there are no anchor links on the site anymore. Navigation has changed into being the same for every page with simple links.
