Client has problems adding buying or selling stuff.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Assigned user set to “S. Shehzed”
Problem is because one of the default fields needs to be changed.
Can try looking through code briefly to see if default can be changed.
If that doesn't work then a video screencast can be created to show how to add things properly by changing the problem field manually.
