Selling.asp Makes no sense

The selling.asp page talks about selling a property as if you're buying one. Seems to be a repeat of buying.asp, but with bad language. Perhaps it's actually meant to be for people who want to sell property.
If so, there's no need for a database then, just text talking about selling your property and a contact form.
