wwwroot is too bulky on remote server

Folder is too massive. It's around 25MB of space for such a simple site.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
Quick fix is to move the backups and archived files out to the root.
So, taking out:
- khalidco.rar - khalidco.zip (which just holds the .rar) - database.rarThis takes wwwroot from about 24MB to about 9MB.

New ticket should be opened for further cleanup as that won't be happening until after current milestone is completed since it won't be until that time when old pages and images will become deprecated.
