too much clutter with files and folders.

can't tell what files are left to work on or which ones are for the current site, like pages that are supposed to be shown to site visitors and what not.

Server still has clutter. However locally clutter is mainly gone and everything is organized.
Once version 1 is completely out, the server will get backed up again and the old pages will hopefully be removed if redirecting works in IIS. If not, then quite a bit of clutter will remain.
