Font color, style, size, messed up in aboutus1 navigation

FIXED: There were no css rules for link hovering or visited in the sidebar. There was a rule for normal sidebar links and so that's why the links looked fine when unvisited.
SOLUTION: Added two css rules, sidebar link visited and sidebar link hovering.
Hovering links are blue. Visited links are black like nonvisited links.
