There's a mix of php and asp

In aboutus1.asp, there are some calls to php files. Messy to have two languages.

    Changed aboutus1.asp to about-us.php. Changed all files to php in about-us.php. Changed code to php.

    • State changed from “new” to “resolved”
    • Milestone order changed from “4” to “0”

    There is no mix of php or asp pages being included in one another except for the dispimage asp pages. But that wasn't part of the scope of this ticket since this was talking about including files, not linking to different asp/php pages.
