Including or excluding prefixes like http when going to URLs

- Method - starturlANDscript()
Where -
Explanation - make it so http://www. and www are randomly chosen to be included or not. Of course a problem could arise in case a site doesn't work with certain prefixes. Should probably include that in the db.
Code - Currently it is:
