    FIXED: previous html had upper and lower cases for html tags, attributes, and css rules. xhtml only allows lowercase so when the css rules for floating image positions was changed to all lower case in the html itself, it wasn't changed in the actual css stylesheet.

    SOLUTION: make css rules in stylesheet lowercase.
